This is a fantastic gallery if you are interested in original political cartoon art. Even the coffee is superb too!

Tim Benson is a wonderfully knowledgeable host to visitors to his gallery. The original drawings of British, American and Australian politicial cartoons for sale are both art and manuscripts of a the past time.

Politics, humour, cartoons, if you like any of the three you would do well to visit this gallery!

Yes its quite niche, but if you are the type of person who subscribed to the Economist only to read the cartoon strips this is definitely your place. Of course the collection of works are varied and even if you aren't out to buy specifically, if you are taking a walk by the river and the beautiful scenes from Putney Bridge its well worth dropping in to have a look!

Sadly made a special trip to visit here only to find it closed when it clearly should have been open. No apology on the door. What can I say....phone ahead to check it's open?

Really can't understand all the five star reviews - I wasn't impressed at all!
Worth noting that one of the five star ones is from the owner, Tim Benson - very dodgy

Not to be trusted. Paid £250 for a cartoon. Tim asked for another £50 for Courier and Insurance to Gibraltar. Months ago. I have neither the cartoon nor my money. Claims it was lost- my extra £50 should have covered that. Shameful. Never answers calls or emails. Very disappointed- Dodgy to say the least

great value for money, the most knowledgeable and helpful gallery i've come across in london they really know their stuff and yet they are still the cheapest.- well done - i'll be back without a doubt
