MMX Gallery

Wonderful gallery. I visited the Michal Cala exhibition as he has recently become my new photographic hero. The pictures are startling & the charming young lady from Bytom at the gallery answered our questions with illuminating background information. Well worth a visit!

I purchased a piece from MMX this Christmas, and found the owners extremely responsive to my enquiries. Due to the pandemic we primarily corresponded over email, and Magda was extremely diligent in responding, organising photos of framing options etc to give me the best chance of making the right decision when there was limited access to the gallery due to Covid. Framing deserves a special mention, as I had been on the fence over whether I would frame it myself, as I have done with other pieces. I can confidently say I made the right decision leaving the framing to be organised by MMX. The piece looks absolutely stunning in place in my home, after getting the presentational treatment the photograph deserved.

The gallery even handled installation for me very efficiently. They were simply a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Found this gallery by chance earlier today so decided to give it a visit. Very glad I did; great space and super friendly owner (Magda). Had a fascinating exhibition about Deptford while I was there. Give this place your support with a visit too!
