Wow, words cannot describe my visit. I found it so emotional to see all the incredible pictures of Freddie Mercury that have over the years meant everything to me. To actually see the photos, is out of this world. By far the best shots of Freddie Mercury ever taken, so intimate and special.
I was extremely fortunate to meet the Worlds greatest photographer. Richard Young. The most amazing down to earth gentleman you could ever meet. My absolute hero.such a wonderful man, made me feel incredibly welcome. An absolutely gorgeous man X
Bless you Richard Young, one of the best days in my life, I can't explain how much it means X Thank you, these pictures are so important in my life and and my journey.
The gallery is a jewel in the crown.

Some amazing photos. Would usually expect to pay to see this kind of work. If you're in London you have to check this place out. All the photos here, of greats like Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury, Princess Diana and pretty much anyone else you can think of, all these photos are exclusive. The photographer is always around to sign books and speak to visitors too.

Awful and Unhelpful

Words can describe my visit, awful ...

The impression from the very unhelpful lady was that one probably didnt look like one could afford to buy anything.

A sign that states opening hours and another that says closed and having to knock to ask if they are open , maybe it's an exclusivity thing?

Apparently folding bikes are not allowed in the shop oops I mean gallery and they are to be left on the wall ( not on my glass mind you !), there is no room inside for a folding bike, strange, there is room on the underground, on buses, in the V&A, in fact, come to think about it , nowhere in London, ever, have I ever been told no to taking a folding bike into anywhere. ( thats kinda the point of them)

Not prepared to have another bike stolen in London to gain entrance into a shop, i mean gallery, thats closed , no i mean open to spend the couple of grand on the picture that I really wanted.

Not that i'm sure the lady would be slightly bothered in the slightest.

OMG Richard Young is an amazing and kind and generous host, full of glorious stories to his amazing photos of the decades. A must by appointment for any Queen and Freddie fan or fans of rock and pop and famous people. Had a fantastic few hours enjoying his tales and looking at fantastic photos, bring your wallet/purse as you will want to buy. Highly recommend.

I happened upon the gallery while working in London, and was immediately taken by an amazing piece in the window. I decided I wanted to buy it but was nervous about the expense. This was a considered purchase but Susan and Richard were never pushy. They listened to understand my situation and Susan invited me to discuss the piece with Richard personally before I made up my mind to purchase. Not only did I buy the original piece but I also bought another for my partner. I hope to buy more pieces from the Gallery.
