Saw this shop owner telling off a charity collector for rattling her bucket outside the cafe..Wouldn't touch it with a bargepole if that is their attitude.

Friendly people with welcoming shop. Always nice to nose around the shop & see the variety of things for sale within. Something for everyone & unexpected surprises!

The person who runs Frivoli is the embodiment of unpleasantness. Judging from the other reviews I have seen here, I’m not the only one who has noticed this either; she’s clearly an embarrassment to Chiswick and is ready to start a fight with anyone she personally disapproves of.

While at dinner at neighbouring Napoli on the Road, she approached diners and screamed at them and then at staff for dining “in front of her windows.” I do not have the legal knowledge to say if she were right or wrong about this, but her clear lack of self awareness in her actions of raising her voice and photographing me along with other patrons was wholly inappropriate. I encourage everyone to be wary of her personal moods on the street.

Unique shop bespoke items all original. Staff fantastic very helpful and no pressure to buy. Just a great place. Highly recommended.
