Great little gallery at the Penge end of Beckenham. Funky pictures, including limited runs from the artists and proofs. Occasional sales are a treat.

Really love this place. This gallery is also a production house/art studio, and has a great vibe and lots of really great art (and often good deals). I buy a lot of gifts here, and always get a great response! Originals are really stunning and very reasonable too....

I happened to pass this lovely shop and stopped in on the off chance they had a Jimi Hendrix piece. They had 2 !! I walked out a happy man with art work in hand. Tonnes of great art here and very reasonably priced.

Bought a couple of pieces which required a quick turnaround to meet a tight deadline and the staff were most helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Will def shop here again.

Amazing, vibrant art that just draws me in. Fell in love with the gold and blue London skyline canvas when I saw it in Brighton and own a version now ❤️

Purchased a canvass from the Brighton store a couple of weeks ago. Had been looking for a number of years for a piece of artwork and couldn't settle on what I wanted. This all changed when I saw the canvass I now own. The quality and price make rare interior art superb, the delivery to my home was also really good. I cannot be happier with my purchase.

Abrupt, Rude, Artist
Could not proceed with purchase after being spoken to in such a discourteous manner by the artist herself Amber.

I wish I could put the conversation behind me as we fell in love with the piece of art, but I knew I would not look at the piece in the same way, which is incredibly frustrating(!)

Background
We saw the piece in the Brighton arches store and fell in love with it (it has to be noted the chap who works there was great). When returning the day after to purchase the piece the store was unexpectedly closed (likely due to the treacherous weather). The store had advised if we were to purchase in store we would benefit from preferential pricing vs. online, so as such that's what we planned.

Following the store being closed, and noticing the online pricing being considerably higher we emailed to ask if we could purchase at the previously agreed price as we did not live local so could not easily visit again, and the store closure was naturally out of our control.

After waiting 5 working days for a response to no avail, we called the Beckenham H/O branch as were keen to make the purchase - sadly this is where everything fell down...
During the two calls we were told over five different prices, even though the name of the piece was quoted as detailed on their site?? None to which were close to what we were previously quoted?
It soon transpired some confusion had arisen over sizing (Brighton had x3 sizes when we visited, we advised "middle" size....turned out they had 4 sizes, so as such pricing again changed!
The frame price also at one point doubled what we had originally been told?
How a price can change so much I do not know.

After a conversation that tested ones patience to say the least, the "huffing and puffing", being made to feel like a fraudster (when all we wanted was to purchase said piece at said price) the ambiguous manner, Amber finally worked out how Brighton came to said cost, well £40+ difference but that was better than double the original cost at one point...finally she realised we had been quoted the right price and I wasn't "trying it on".

I was about to proceed in the purchase, to which point i thought this was ridiculous. How can I give a few 100 pounds to someone who's literally made me feel worn out over what should have been a simple telephone call.
I've frankly never known am artist speak to their customers as I was spoken to by Amber today. It's a real shame.
