I continue to receive outstanding customer service from Castle gallery in Chester. They are helpful :from advice on insurance to reframing etc, and supportive with all my questions. A thoroughly genuine and professional team.

Great shop and lovely hand made glass artworks

Some beautiful pictures definitely worth a visit. A certain picture caught my eye which I may purchase but some stunning work in this shop. The lady assistant was very friendly and helpful.

Few problems along the way , using so many different people didn’t really help , all problems sorted out in the end and pleased with framing of our art work by Alexander miller . Will definitely use again but , probably call into local gallery rather than using internet and being directed elsewhere , thanks to all involved for helping to purchase picture / and frame we requested , looks brilliant

Love castle fine art, they always have some great pieces in all of their stores. Recently visited the one in Harrogate and fell in love with the pieces by whatshisname ( that's the actual name of the artist). Some lovely prints by bob dylan too. The store is always worth a visit, even if you know nothing about art like me, you might find something that just ignites an emotion or feeling within you. Staff are always knowledgeable and never pushy and don't make you feel as if you don't know anything.

Stumbled across this place whilst browsing through Chester. Had the pleasure of chatting to David, who gave us a tour of the gallery, discussing the artists, and the background to their works. Lovely place, friendly helpful staff, would thoroughly reccommend a visit...
