Marvellous Art Gallery

The delivery person seems to have trouble readying basic instructions on a clearly printed amazon package ie "leave pacal in porch" left a card saying "at your local collection office" called them and they aplogised but refused to redeliver until 2 working days which was 3days anyway I told them to return it and called amazon to replace the items and got them next day with DPS who left it in the porch!!
So Monday they deliver "in the porch" they didn't knock (I was in the frontroom) so again I call them told them to collect it and return it. I was told they couldn't and that they are sorry for the mess up once again. The lady confirmed a return had been requested but wasn't completed.

When I asked put a complaint in I was told they have no complaints procedure lol
"I'll send a email"

They took my money and said that they would email me later with my box address, but I never heard back from them, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, apparently Marvin doesn't work much but he's the only one that can access the money. So £180 paid for nothing! I've now asked my solicitor to get my refund. I strongly recommend that you don't deal with these people

To be honest my experience visiting the gallery was outstanding. I was made to feel so welcome by marvin the gallery owner.
As i walked in the clenliness and aroma of the establishment made me feel at ease straight away the peices of art were exquisite after i chose my painting marvin arranged delivery to my home so from beginning to end it was perfection thank you so much i will definitely visit again.

Went in to have a look and ended up buying one of the most precious painting I ever owned. Lots of great arts in this place, especially painting by the famous artist Paul Wright. Highly recommend this Gallery, definitely needed in the community.

5 star gallery. Marvellous art gallery was able to supplied myself with art which fitted my requirements and since the purchase the art has now increased in value and looks amazing. The detail is incredible, highly recommended 🙌🏼 Fantastic customer service

A fantastic gallery showcasing some amazing work from local artists. The gallery has a great relationship with artists and gives them a platform to show their work. When ever I have worked with Marvellous or gone to a gallery event they have been very friendly and professional! I highly recommend this new reputable gallery in Leicester.
