Whitewall Galleries Lichfield

Having previously purchased two pieces of artwork from this branch, I have since received numerous invites through the post with meet the artists and special events on offer. I decided to attend one of the special events and wish I'd never bothered. The event was supposedly midway through, yet there was only one member of staff advising buyers and covering the whole store at 4pm on a Saturday. I went with my partner and we were greeted after 15 minutes of walking round the store not by a friendly professional mannered sales assistant as you'd expect at the front of house of a business, but by a condensending woman (elder than both of us) who looked us up and down and advised we needed to look at the affordable pieces, pointing us over to a corner of the showroom before we'd even had chance to speak. I am completely disgusted with their approach to customer service, let alone how they value returning custom. I will not be returning as there are great competitors in the city which offer the works of the same artists and service with a smile.

Lovely gallery! It's so quiet being away from the cities which just adds to the pleasure of enjoying the wonderful art. The staff are fabulous and they make an excellent coffee!

Wonderful company with welcoming, friendly and informative staff. Amazing product range of the best artists around on display at the gallery and available from their comprehensive and awesome portfolio. So worth a visit, you will NOT be disappointed

Was looking forward to visiting for the first time today. Unfortunately the tiny car park was rammed, with the only available space reserved for 'directors' and nowhere else to park anywhere near so we abandoned the idea and went to Eden Gallery in Curborough

Newly redesigned interior with extensive range of art , well worth a visit .

Incorrect opening hours on the website made for an expensive wasted journey.

We love coming here. Since we last visited there has been a change of staff- still very lovely and helpful though. We never leave without buying something so we can't afford to visit too often!
Laura went out of her way to get an artist to write a dedication to us which was so thoughtful! Truly lovely staff ❤
