I have been fortunate to attend the online Hatha yoga teachings by Shri ji. It is hard to explain in words but I have felt a direct improvement in my physical and mental wellbeing. The meditation course and Satsanga provided by Swami Maheswarji offers beginners like me confidence to explore the age old teachings and wisdom and how it can be used in current times to enable us to bring out the best in us. It is indeed a blessing to have this wealth of opportunity in Abhedashram for all of us , no matter what stage of life we are in.

Amazing online courses. The Teens Yoga is doing wonders for our two boys. Shri is an amazing teacher and so patient with these two young learners. Highly recommended!
