Residential care is hard work, and dealing with lockdown during COVID must have made it even harder.
I am however confident that my relative received the very best care and that the home acts in residents' interests. Where government guidance and concern for the elderly may have been lacking, the care home showed initiative and a responsive approach to protect and care for the vulnerable.
I am truly grateful for all the staff at Castle Court and the high quality care they offer my relative and other residents.
