Took my son kyle out of this respite brynsadler Due to staff Roger Calling my son runt of the litter, Staff discussing about pups And some had died, Then Roger stated runt of the litter like he is in the back Kyle was travelling in their car at the time, plus he called the one's at the respite, He stated thats what half of these are Runts of the litter, He also said in the old old days put (them down) out of their misery and downs, And down's lock them in the shed!!
I Made a complaint and they had a disaplinary warning Back into work Shocking When he's discriminated my son and the ones that are going to Drive Ltd brynsadler respite..
I even had a review panel meeting what a waste of time, they all for their worker's Not thinking about discrimination and the vile language around my son. So he's back in work around vulnerable adults that can't speak up. My son had a mp3player and put his recorder on by mistake, Goe's to show how this Uncaring staff member is like around the ones he works for. It's shocking how they allow these workers back into work, Glad I took my son out of the respite His mouth was vile. Hope the parents read this
