This is the holy grail of UK athletics. Watford is known among middle distance athletes up and down the UK as being the perfect place for a pb. Watford Wednesday's are THE place to be in the summer season

Rather dated seating and very poor toilets (the outside set of toilets). Track facilities are good.

If we had the option to rate 0 star, without a doubt I would. This place is run by extremely poor management and even worse safeguarding team who take no responsibility for any of the issues we raised to them. Having a look online I can see this common practice for Harriers Watford.

I requested the chairmans details several times but ignored by Richard Parles and the "safeguarding" officers who make no notes about incidents that were reported in the interest of protecting the club reputation over the physical and mental wellbeing of members being bullied. We've escalated this to the Herts County Council and Dean Russell's office to investigate in the hope the Harriers are held to account for their poor management and lack of safeguarding in the hope changes are made for the better. I have no idea why England Athletics allow this place to be associated with them, it is really shocking they feel they can get away with safeguarding issues and discriminatory behaviour.

If you're looking for a safe place for your child to enjoy athletics...this is NOT the place.

The club fails when it comes to:
- child safeguarding and protection
- discrimination and inclusivity for disabled members
- bullying and enforcing disciplinary measures.
- protection of private information and personal data
- adhering to legal requirements which obligated them to provide official documentatio

Regrettably, the club seem to value reputation and prestige over inclusivity and being anti- discrimination.
