I have to be honest, it's not often i leave reviews and they haven't asked but i feel obliged to. This dealer has to be one of the best main dealer experiences that i have had to date. From the initial inquiry in having to hold a car for me right up until some small issues post sale, nothing has been too hard to sort. They have managed to come to solutions at every corner and nothing has felt like its a burden to them. The most professional establishment i have come across. Dealerships like this are hard to come by these days and i recommend if you want the best experience you will be more than happy with this dealer.

I did my research before deciding who to trust with my Aston servicing having had issues with other dealers. I can honestly say I have not been disappointed. From start to finish it has been great. I utilised the Flying Tech option which is fantastic by the way. Mike was super informative talking me through all that had been done and any potential future items to keep an eye on, friendly and helpful. His work is second to none.

Highly recommended, will definitely use again.

I too don’t often leave reviews but the service my son and I received was exceptional! He was buying his first car and from the minute we arrived we were so well looked after, from Susan on reception to Guy, Paul and Ollie who took time to show us round and answer every question and not once were we given any pressure. A truly great dealership and understand why it has been around for so many years! Keep it up team and we will be back. Thank you again for all your help.

Be very wary of slimy sales tactics from this unprofessional dealership, which was equally confirmed by their CEO.

Ive been liaising this dealership and their sales team for nearly 3 weeks on the same vehicle, but due to my work commitments only placed a deposit down this weekend.

Having spoken to them only 2 days later, I further increased my deposit, based on my a) my intent and b) that i was organising my own funds.

Having sent the increased deposit later that day, the said salesman claimed that I needed to finalise the deal quickly as he had "another client interested in the car".

As a new prospective client, Im now playing 2nd fiddle to an alleged client he's he got on "hold", even though the car hasn't shifted for 3 weeks since I've known, maybe longer, but all of a sudden there are hundreds wanting to buy it. Personally - I couldn't care less if there were 1000 interested parties, I have placed my hard earned money down as a deposit so why would I be concerned ? I know - Because they are trying to force a sense of urgency - like the big car supermarkets

Ive gone from being really excited to purchase my first AM, to actually reeling about the salesman's closing comment on his last email to me, so much so, i cancelled the order asked him to send me the deposit straight back. If he was that concerned about his client, then they could have the car fro him !!!

Im absolutely disgusted at their behaviour, and subsequently 2 missed calls and a
pathetic apologetic email straight after.

Ironically, a follow up email from the CEO offered very little explanation too, his words "demand is really high on these cars" and "there is a shortage" - obviously both from the same car sales academy !

High end brand - far from it !!!

A lost sale, and i will keep on searching.

I have just purchased a Vantage from HWM and I am delighted to tell you that the experience was first class . From the initial Test Drive with Lee Cunningham , the agreeing of a price for my Porsche GTS , and the application of the PPF I was kept fully advised and updated every step of the way . Come the Handover nothing was too much trouble for Lee as we waded through the Paperwork and the familiarisation process prior to my leaving . Thank You Lee for all you did and Thanks to Susan in Reception , what a charming Lady she is , efficient caring and helpful . I have been reading about HWM and their history since childhood and I am so delighted to be leaving this positive Review , if you are in the Marketplace for a new or approved used Aston , HWM is where you should be visiting . Thanks All .

Ok, in all honestly, it's not very often I'll write a Google review....however when you receive the level of service I've just experienced from Guy, Paul & Stuart at HWM Aston Martin I felt it needed shouting about.

From the initial contact to handover - the whole process can only be described as faultless. The attention to detail, the warmth of their hospitality and the guidance offered is and will be hard to match.

As an account manager I'm a big believer in over delivering on expectation, and take my word for it, if you have the opportunity to do business with the longest established Aston Martin dealership in the land, you will not be left disappointed. Funds permitting, I will have absolutely no hesitation in making another purchase from the HWM team.

Bought a Vanquish here and the staff go beyond service to make sure your experience and support are first class. Highly recommend if your after an Aston and want quality service managed by very nice friendly people - go to HWM.
