I have recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Ayr Audi. George Milton sold me the car. I can honestly say that he was very professional with an excellent knowledge of the car. I was very impressed with all the dealings I had with Audi in Ayr from the first couple of visits when I was just considering buying to the final visit when I spoke to the salesman, Matthew, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and Matthew explained everything in detail and assisted with all the paperwork required. I would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership, and Matthew in particular, to friends and family. My husband and I also spoke with two more senior colleagues of Matthew who were also very helpful.

I brought my daughter’s car in for a health check and an annual service. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The personal touch was there, which is lacking in too many businesses,today. The experience was good from dropping the car off, to returning to pick it up again.Well done for giving us real five star service.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Ayr Audi. Both John and Patrick were professional and friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and did their best to accommodate us picking the car up on a Saturday. Would highly recommend the team at Ayr Audi.

Although it was a minor health check on the car, received first class service from the moment I arrived to collecting it after the service. Video sent by email along with call to collect the car after the work had been completed. Well done Ayr Audi.
