Good AV teams and impressive operations centre!

I've used Aonyx for around 50 commercial AV installations over the last 10 years. They've designed & deployed all manner of solutions in all manner of locations. Always with a smile and always with the ability to handle the unexpected - from main fit out contractors destroying all the first-fix cabling to clients who change their minds well after the design change freeze... Aonyx will always work to find a solution.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A significant investment in something I thought would be amazing and really misled in terms of the quality of delivery. Hugely disappointing and frustrating experience.

FYI - We have tried to contact you multiple times Richard and you are never available.

Aonyx has serviced my Control 4 system for years. Called them up with an issue today and requested an engineer to come and take a look. They emailed me back to say they don’t service London clients anymore. Not sure why they couldn’t have just told me over the phone. Disappointing this is how they treat existing customers. Just dropped without ceremony.
