Possibly the worst customer service/online shopping experience I have had. Placed an order for an item that was supposedly in stock for next day delivery. No confirmation email sent but I was too busy to look. Called them up the next day to ask what time it would be delivered to be told that they were waiting on a lead time on delivery from supplier. Communication from this company is diabolical. Eventually I received a similar item after paying extra carriage, at a delay of nearly a week. I then wanted to return the item, absolute joke. Wanted to charge 20% restocking fee and £150 carriage. AVOID at all costs. I have worked in equipment retail before and to be treated the way Pro Production have treated us is appalling.

Needed 8 Doughty top hats, randomly rang Pro Production Services as one of the relatively close dealers, Matt was very friendly and helpful, gave me better discount than I'd seen elsewhere online even as first time customer and quoted very sensible shipping. He then found there was a 6 week lead time as Doughty didn't actually have them all in stock, no problem as we're currently in lockdown 3 so no immediate need for them. He then invoiced me yesterday, I paid and they were delivered today, superb! Really easy and pleasant purchase, I'm guessing Doughty must have manufactured them yesterday afternoon just for me! Very happy and would certainly use again.
