An overdue testimonial to the superb customer service received by Cibo and Hunter at the Cambridge Richer Sounds branch. Professional, friendly, polite and a general pleasure to deal with. In an age of buying online, these guys have made me want to pick up the phone to do a deal or seek some advice. Richer sounds is the BEST place to buy audio visual bar none. Forget faceless online shops - all branches are great but Cambridge (being our local store) is the best. We emailed asking about a clearance Panasonic TV and within minute Bradley had responded telling us he'd reserved one. This level of customer service makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work guys

Now I've been to Richer Sounds in Cambridge, I won't be going anywhere else. Bradley at the shop went out of his way to help me and was extremely knowledgeable. Simon came out to my home to install my purchase and went above and beyond to help me understand everything. The service this shop provides is second to none and I would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent experience shopping with Richer Sounds a few weeks ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my AV equipment. The store manager Ctibor was both helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. Highly recommend!

They helped advice me on a sound bar. I used the sound room and had to book a time slot, as was busy. Closed the deal with a good price. Amazing! Please support this company! Cibo was very knowledgeable.

Great friendly and helpful service and aftercare, unlike other stores where they wash their hands of you after the sale.

They stock the best equipment verified by some What HiFi reviews I've looked at; so you can't really go wrong especially when combined with their specialist advice.

I don't know where to start with the guys in this shop. They have been amazing to me (banging their heads against a wall) i cant fault everything they have done for me, went through a few speakers I wasn't happy with (OCD) they changed them no questions asked and now going in another route speaker wise for the best. They are without a doubt the best customer service I have ever bothered with massive praises to Paul and Cibo you have been amazing speechless about your service. thankyou
