I first used Luke and his team back in 2012 for a TV/Audio install. After recently moving I had another TV/Audio install request. From having used Luke and team before I knew exactly who to get in touch with for the install. The team arrived promptly on install day (calling a head to let me know their ETA). The team are professional and tidy. Highly recommended!

MV installed our Home Automation system seven years ago. They continue to maintain it and are always extremely responsive and really know their stuff. Had a few issues today after a power cut. They were with me within the hour, had a replacement network switch on board ready to go, and fixed within two hours. Incredible service.

Have been a MV customer for 3 years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else; when it comes to home AV, Automation and commercial IT infrastructure needs they know it all and just do the job right.

The humbleness of Luke and Chris is what drew me to MV at the start as this industry has a lot of stiff upper lips; they recommend a host of different packages which suit all budgets and needs; from starter to top end and everything in between. I struggle with technology, but over the last 20 years the internet and wifi has become a utility and certainly in my household it has become like water or electricity. It is just expected to work and when it does not work it causes all sorts of issues, from watching the TV, streaming films and throw in WFH, the pressure on this thing called wifi that I cant see and dont understand becomes a real headache and a major issue in our household..
The TV and phone companies say that i live in a semi - rural area, in a big house (really?), they have been round with boosters etc and shake their head -- that is the best we can do. I dont understand how can that be? We can get space ships to Mars but I cant watch TV or use a laptop without it crashing or losing connection because I am downstairs and the router is upstairs and there is a beam in the ceiling?
I met Luke a couple of years ago at the Idea Home Exhibition and he said "I can sort this out for you and take away your stress and make your life easier."
It has not always been plain sailing, remember I have no idea what they are talking about and to me an old misery it is not cheap-- but they get results
i have things in my loft and around the house that could probably get to Mars but they move the wifi around and it is stable --- It allows the house to function smoothly.
An area that I have been most impressed with is the after care service -- Chris responds to emails, takes my call -- when he probably thinks oh no not him again.
With the after care service I have received and the fact they have got it working, when others shook their head, I am happy to recommend them.
