Billy Vee is without doubt my favourite HiFi shop. Staff are so helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. The quality of service is second to none and the products they sell are of the very best. I've had the pleasure of buying from Billy Vee over many years and have every intention of continuing to do so in the future. A fantastic business, exactly what you want from a specialist high-end hi-fi shop. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, they were so helpful with my first turntable which was a gift and I needed some help and advice with, they let me exchange it very easily for the model with a pre-amp, and had a great chat too. I will definitely be back in future and encourage anyone with questions or an interest in proper hi-fi or home entertainment to give them a call or get down to the shop!

It was a simple job; the replacement of a bass driver in my PMC speakers. PMC recommended Billy Vee and contacted them. Immediately I was offered an appointment at a reasonable cost and the technician arrived on time and completed the task without fuss.

We contacted Billy Vee hoping they could give us advice on how to set up our stereo system, which had proved harder than we thought! Mike got back to us with comprehensive information on what we could try to get our turntable working and it's now playing perfectly. If someone is willing to take the time out of their day to give free advice I would suggest they would be the absolute best people to buy from! We will definitely be buying from the in the future.
