The store employees were super nice, efficient and answered all our questions. Finance set up quickly and easily. Can’t wait for our tv to be delivered!

I cannot fault the service received at this shop. It’s nice to have the option to talk to a sales assistant about big purchases rather than hoping for the best when buying online. I went in looking for a camera and Joseph approached me asking if I needed any assistance, which I did. I ended up getting the exact bundles of items that I was after. Joseph’s help was much appreciated.

I went into Sony today not expecting to get much. However I was greeted by the very helpful staff. If I can remember correctly his name was Tom he really helped me find everything I needed to set up my new tv system in my house. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. I left very happy and well informed on all the items I bought today. Thank you Sony !

I once went there to buy headphones and bought a pair, before going back after my gym session to buy yet another pair. All the staff were great and their products have served me well.

Great group of young guys that are very well trained and will help out anyone that comes in the shop.

Unlike other shops the staff will approach you and ask to help but not in an aggressive way and will make sure to find what you're looking for.

Always brilliant customer service by the team at the Sony store. Joseph is usually the staff member working when I come in & can’t fault his service one bit!
