My husband bought a Cambridge Audio CXUHD blu ray player from Richersounds Bromley and was having an issue playing HDR. Wilson took the time and patience and walked him through getting it right. The next day he went into the shop and Shaun clarified everything by walking him through it again with impeccable patience and priceless advice to get the best from my whole system. Just received my Audiolab cdt 6000 today brand new as a replacement for the "open box" one that the courier company managed to misplaced. Matt and the team when above and beyond in their efforts to trace it but it had disappeared. Matt made sure that I got an unbeatable deal on the new unit.

Just following on from my review about my ace CHORD DAC I bought here a few months ago. During Black Friday I asked the guys here if they could do me a deal on the KEF LSX II and they duly offered one up.
