A really nice first time shopping experience. This is my first purchase(from HK) for a usb cable, upon knowing they does not have the specific length i ordered, a representative immediately contacted my and offered a slightly longer length cable at same price. Its not about the extra length i got for this 5 stars, its about their prompt, polite and reasonable response to a brand new customer, i'd surely come back for future needs

If give them the highest rate because of excellent service, response and quick delivery of my QED reference cable. It had not been possible to order the QED reference 10m length in the Netherlands before, so I ordered it in the UK. Also to "burn the cable in" is brilliant service provided ! It tasts for more !

I ordered a ZEN Stream and it didn't work at all. I wrote to FutureShop and they told me to return it so they could check it. I sent it back and two days later they notified me that they are sending a new one. The new unit came and now everything is ok. Their customer support is excellent. Those guys know what they are doing :)

Purchased a set of Chord chorus x, chord interconnects and an audio quest digital cable. I am so happy about all of it. The Chorus x were burned in for 96 hours, for free. The shipping was great and I cannot express how happy I am with these cables...Thanks Guys!!
