Richer Sounds, Weybridge

Helpful and kind staff, especially Lewis the salesman who served us. He understood what we wanted and helped us in every way he could, and helped us find the perfect TV. Would definitely recommend this shop, very nice cinema room at the back with seats for customers. Very reasonable prices as well. I would urge people to come here rather than their current shop. This shop has everything you need at a great price!

It has been a pleasure dealing with Richer Sounds in Weybridge. A store I visited because I enjoy Julian Richers column in the Sunday Times! Both Terry and Amit have really looked after me, especially given the weird problem I had with a particular make of deck (ghosts in the machine?). Good guys, 5*, totally recommended

It's always a pleasure to buy something from Richer Sounds and today was no exception. They even found an unexpected option in the stock room and saved me £100 into the bargain!

Hugh and the team provide great customer service. They are always happy to demo products, and discuss items in detail. Very helpful when I was picking hifi and TV system.

Issue with amp purchased just under 3 years ago, staff friendly and helpful.

A shame their policy has changed and they no longer provide loan equipment while equipment being repaired.

Will update with timelines for getting my amp back.

Update:
Reduced rating to 3 stars, 4 weeks on and no communication from the store regarding my amp. Had to call them twice for an update and informed a week ago repair has been authorised.

Shame as seems customer service has gone downhill.

I bought a projector from here recently and was very impressed with the customer service from Amit. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and different types of projector and sound systems, not to mention how welcoming and friendly the team at this store were.

I look forward to future visits! 5/5 defiantly recommend coming here, even if it’s just to get advice or ask questions.

Such a amazing staff. The quality of customer service spot on. Very helpful. When you compare your typical Currys with them is like a night and day. They should have more of the shops like that with a bit more retail space.
