Richer Sounds, Reigate

Made a call and spoke to John today after an appallingly poor customer service experience from a well know alternative electronics and home goods provider in Crawley.
Richer Sounds couldn't have provided a better service from the moment of the first call to going to store and getting not just the 2 items we originally wanted but a complete setup of devices and hardware.

Helpful and knowledgeable advice, suggestions on products and went to so much effort in the whole customer service experience.

Huge credit to the store and even more to John, thank you very much.
It may seem small to just be doing your job but it makes a much better Client relationship and will get future business and recommendations your way!

Had to buy a HDMI 2.1 cable for eARC sound bar, Ian recommended a good and affordable cable to use. I always find Richer sounds staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always use Richer sounds for any audio or visual equipment and will continue to do so.

Although I did not intend to buy anything on this visit and I made that clear when I visited, the staff were both helpful and polite, offering me what I believe to be honest advice.

I found John very helpful. He advised me well and the transaction and update of my email. He was very friendly and made the experience very pleasant. I am now waiting for my new TV to be picked up from the store by a company they use. So it can be installed.

I have always liked the philosophy behind Richer Sounds and decided to try them out. Having booked an appointment, we found Dominic really helpful and the purchase and installation of TV and soundbar went very smoothly.
