Visit was with regard to collecting items taken for repair, the staff were very helpful explained what had been done and thought the price to be very fair. Also enquired about new 4K TV's once again they were very helpful and pleasantly surprised at their competitive prices. Well worth supporting

Ordered Television told they expected delivery in 1 week 2 weeks later I phoned I was told a further 5 weeks for delivery. Cancelled order .

Broke one of the tiny tonearm wires in my pro-ject deck when trying to upgrade my cartridge 🤦. Spains said they could help. Dropped the whole deck in on Friday, and they turned the repair around by the following Wednesday lunchtime, (this included a bank holiday Monday in between). Amazing! Thank you
