Bought some speakers from these guys about 3 months ago, and unfortunately my dog chewed part of one of them, unable to find the correct replacement part available anywhere, I reached out to these guys, who contacted the manufacturer for me and obtained the part and sent it on to me. Very communicative and helpful (Tom even replying to emails whilst on annual leave.)
