Terralec Ltd

I have purchase several items from Terralec recently, namely a mixer and a couple of equipment bags. I was very happy with the quality of the gear, and the fast delivery, and excellent communication. I have recommended them to my band mate who has also bought stuff, and we are in agreement about this company and its service. I will definitely use the again in the future

I ordered some fabric for work. Arrived with a small damage but Dan dealt with it greatly and sorted it for me. Nice to see that some companies still care about their customers. Not the norm these days I'm afraid. Thank you Dan for the great customer service. ;)

I recently ordered some stage lighting for the school I work for, whilst advising Terralec it was urgent. The shipment was on a “next day” courier. I had to set this company up as a supplier on my company’s finance system so needed bank details etc on letterhead from Terralec, these details were sent the same afternoon.
Daniel has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. No false promises, great customer service and helpful. Thanks for a great customer experience. Highly recommend without any hesitation.

We needed a small PA system pretty quick for the festive period, at a school I provide IT services for. Dan was brilliant and got everything shipped next day and arrived in perfect condition.
I have used Terralec for all disco and pa requirements over the past 15+ years, never once have they let me down and can always be relied on, providing good equipment at pretty much unbelievable prices. Keep up the great work and merry Xmas!!!

The first order I placed was dispatched the same day and arrived two days later. 10x Two metre lengths of extrusion, well packaged using timber to protect it. Unfortunately, some items were missing, (ordered items coming from two different locations) I rang up, spoke to a very helpful person who said “let me chase this up and I’ll ring you back shortly”. I said “I work nights,” “no problem, when’s the best time to call back ?” I said “about 4 o clock” he rang back about 4 o clock, explained the cause of the problem, apologised (without going over the top), informed me he had spoke to the relevant people and it would be delivered within two days, if not ring back. Came the next day.
Top quality, good price, but what impressed me the most was they had spelt the name of my company exactly as I had written it, GeNiuS productions.
It may not seem a big deal to most but to me it showed attention to detail, somebody had read it properly and not just banged it out on a keyboard.
That’ll do for me ! ! !
Just received my second order and very happy with the service.
