Awesome service..... beautiful bright clean showroom

I made a point of visiting this B&O Centre in Watford yesterday afternoon, being that they were the closest to me from Edgware at 6.3 miles.

I went to this store to ask for help with my new E8 headphones, which all of sudden would no longer pair with the Bluetooth on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, despite having done so before.

Whatever I tried to fix the problem, I was unfortunately not successful. I had run out of options.

Expecting a polite and friendly welcome associated with a premier brand as B&O, I was instead greeted in a most unfriendly and sullen manner possible. Need I say this took me somewhat aback, but I said nothing. Instead I went on to explain my problem. This person 'serving' me, who was to all intents and purposes the face of B&O, showed no interest whatsoever in helping me, despite it being a B&O product. Instead I was told to go on the B&O website and to do an exchange, which I already knew I could do, but did not want to go down that road if it could be helped. Especially if it were some small problem, which I felt could quite easily be fixed, with some technical knowledge of the product. Or so I thought.
To my surprise he even went as far as telling me he "had no knowledge of this product as he did not sell it". Frankly, I found that a bit strange, as to why a B&O Centre would only sell some B&O products and not all, but I kept my peace, saying nothing.

Seeing his clear disinterest to help, along with his sullen behaviour, I did not know how soon to walk out of the shop, as I was feeling very suffocated and opressed, being anywhere near this man. I just didn't know how soon to take my friend who was with me to leave. As soon as we were out we looked at each other it total disbelief, wondering what had just happened.

I must at this juncture and in all fairness, add the appalling service I received from this shop, is in complete contrast to the 5* level of service I very recently received from the B&O centres in Selfridges and Harrods. No similarity at all. Like night and day. Chalk and cheese. They could not do enough to help me! Bending over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. Because of this bad experience and having wasted my time and my petrol, you can be assured I will never set foot in there again! As far as I am concerned, they ought to have their licence as a B&O Centre revoked for being such a wasted space.
