Andrew was amazing and spent the time talking me through sound bar options for me with my set up, even looked up options for hdmi splitters and explaining the pros and cons. Top guy I will be coming back 🙂

Great customer experience thanks to Andrew for helping with my recent demo and Sonos purchase. Always helpful and very knowledgeable, no overselling just honest advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop for your TV/ Home Cinema/ Audio related purchases. On top of great customer service the prices are always competitive. If not the price beat guarantee is genuine and they will do it.

I just bought an OLED TV and wireless speakers from Richer Sounds in Guildford. After poor service from one or two of their competitors over recent years with tech purchases, I was hoping RS might do better as I'd read good reviews. They did! A lot better! They exceeded my expectations throughout. I was looked after brilliantly by Andrew who was welcoming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The selection process identified an LG TV and some Q Accoustics speakers I'd had my eye on. Andrew set up a demo for me and the deal was quickly done (I signed up as a VIP and got better pricing than I had seen anywhere else). The delivery was quick and efficient with excellent communication from Andrew throughout. Those lousy competitors should be very worried!

I called the Guildford store today seeking guidance on a NAD L70 Amp that I purchased back in 2003! I spoke to Andrew who whilst not familiar with the amp (as Richer Sounds no longer sell them), was incredibly helpful sourcing guidance online to help me set up the audio optical Tv output. Despite repeated unsuccessful efforts with the TV/ amp/optical set up Andrew then called me back with further ideas which was very unexpected. The net result is that the BOSE 5.1 acoustimass system now works with Amazon Prime, Netflix, BBC i player etc through a 20 year old amp and I cannot thank Andrew enough for his excellent customer service. As this was such an old item I had little expectation but Andrew was very approachable, knowledgeable and thirsty for new information which helped me resolve the conundrum.
Many thanks Andrew and also to Richer Sounds for your continued excellence in your field. You are simply a cut above the rest and very well done.

As ever with any branch of Richer Sounds I've walked into, I find the staff pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

The one downside is you can rarely park near the store if you are purchasing lots of AV kit or one big heavy item.
As they are not on the main high street they are able to offer good prices and I believe they will price match too.

We just bought our first projector in store. And ordered the screen through Richer Sounds online.

Gotta keep supporting these physical shops as speaking to knowledgeable people face to face is far better than ordering online, only to then have questions.

This afternoon I purchased a television from Richer Sounds. I spoke with someone over the phone prior to coming into the store who was extremely helpful. When I arrived at the store I was helped by Dave who was extremely good. He re-assured me the TV I had bought was the right one and helped me throughout the process. A big contrast between the likes of Currys etc.

What fantastic customer service. I bought an LG TV in 2017 from this store. Just recently it had developed a fault; a blue tinge that couldn't be removed despite changing the colour settings. Luckily the TV was covered by Richer Sounds 6 year VIP warranty (which I did not have to pay any extra for) and a third party was instructed to carry out the repair, which would have cost me £150+. Richer Sounds were very easy to deal with on the matter and followed up any queries I had very promptly. I will definitely be purchasing more electricals from this company in future.
