Well done to Dawn that served me as had also spoken to her in the morning by phone for advice on a new 55 inch TV went for the LG not the Samsung as I have 2 of them ie 50 and a 55 Both curved.
Brother in law Neil M really pleased once I had set it all up for him.
I myself was well impressed love the search mouse as much quicker than my first choice.

Went in to Lichfield Richer Sounds with a fixed budget for a turntable , amplifier and speakers . That was the extent of my knowledge 🙄
Many thanks to Bernie , who patiently and professionally explained everything I needed to know and kept me within my budget
He also talked me through some of the set up process when I got home .
Would definitely go there again and recommend to others ( and I’d ask for Bernie again 😄)

My nan had purchased a new TV due to just moving into her new place and didn't have a TV, but this amazing people gave my nan a TV to lend until they were able to get the TV in and get it fitted. Thank you very much and very much appreciated.

Great service again. James couldn't do enough. Had issues with the company providing the 0% offer. Not going to Mark the score down as it wasn't Richer sounds fault. Upgraded to next day delivery because of it after I paid out right for my new TV. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tom and the staff at Lichfield branch are very helpful and share their knowledge and experience with enthusiasm. Very professional service and the TV (which had to be delivered separately) was dropped off to us on time. The equipment is perfect and we would highly recommend Richer Sounds if you want the best service and equipment.

The service I received from Tom was fantastic. He really took an interest in our needs and was great at taking me through the details of the latest TVs on offer (he also helped me choose a new soundbar to go with it!). I would highly recommend the Lichfield store and specifically Tom who couldn’t do enough to help.
