Always a pleasure to go to the Exeter shop. The sales people there are so helpful and friendly. They treat you as if you are their best and only customer. Well done guys.

A totally great place to buy any electronic goods. Bought a Samsung TV for the front room, good value, staff were friendly, engaging and informative.
Had to wait a few minutes but it's sooo worth it as a buying experience. Thanks for the help guys 👍

Really helpful, Team member Josh helped me out sourcing an Amp and new turntable. Highly recommended and beats buying online by a clear mile! Next time I need anything along the lines of this I'll be back!

Richer Sounds in Exeter are brilliant. Great service. Great people. Steve, Store Manager was especially helpful when I bought a sound bar in the wrong colour (these things happen…) and he allowed me to swap devices. That’s service!

My product went faulty well within the warranty, and because I was busy with work I contacted them slightly out of the 1year warranty and they wouldn't help, just wanted to charge me to send it off and charge me on top to repair it! not very nice at all, very black and white! will not use them again!

I’ll tell you what, Richer Sounds is a dark horse for the U.Ks best tech shop. I was in the queue behind my friends John and Lewis and we all got seen in no time at all! Great value TV, had some trouble setting it up but customer service on the phone was great! Highly recommend.
