Wow who new having wax removed from your ears could be such a pleasant experience Abi made me feel at ease from the moment she greated me in the waiting room. I honestly can not recommend her enough absolutely fantastic. I can now hear clearly left the appointment feeling really happy and I will always return for my check ups and spread the word to family and friends. So yes I highly recommend thank you 😊

Visited the centre today after 4 weeks of hell with my ear blocked. After a painless suction and wash session I instantly felt like a new person and my hearing was 110% again. The place is lovely and the nurse I saw was amazing. Very empathetic and explained everything clearly. 5*

A good experience - Samantha gave me plenty of time to understand my hearing test and what was needed to be done to correct my deficiency. I never felt rushed or pressurised to purchase a hearing product. Everything was explained to me in an understandable way, both to set up and get the best out of the hearing aid. Also I was given instruction on the maintenance I need to carry out between the free six month followup appointments. There is an inclusive comprehensive five year support and warranty with the product I bought.
