Jonny was really helpful and offered me a good price at the last minute. Projector was brand new and did the job perfectly. Will be using Showtec again.

Great service and prices. Jonny was especially helpful and setup all my lights before I arrived and really talked me through how set everything up and how the PA and mixer worked (brilliant service). I will 100% be using Showtec again for our next gig!

Having been let down I had to find equipment for a friends wedding. We hired a full setup including lights for a couple of days.
Johnny couldn't have been more helpful, the equipment had been fully tested, all leads supplied and he even made sure we had enough smoke fluid 😂
The venue for the wedding commented on the sound, they were used to bass heavy systems and were impressed with the quality of the set up.

Fantastic service. The equipment was high quality and easy to use but the staff really took time to make sure it would do what we needed it to do. Friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant service at this place - I took my mixer in to get fixed and had a phonecall later the same day to say it had been sorted and at a very reasonable price. Fantastic stuff.

Very knowledgeable and friendly guy who explained the set up which was actually simple when I got it home to set up
Deposit was repaid within days so no fuss there either I would use this company again for sure

Advertising stock on website! When order is done and large payments gone through you told they have no stock available and offer refund, you agree and no refund is received! Terrible company! False advertising then holding on to peoples money and not refunding. Emails confirmed them saying they will refund and a month later you still begging for your money. One min Jon is dealing with it, next the accountants are dealing with it, story after story and they still sitting with my money and won’t refund it ! Cow boys stealing peoples hard earned cash. Refund peoples money if you don’t have the stock !!!!!!
