Ralph went above and beyond with his customer service by meeting me outside normal working hours so I was able to get the car to him, working around me and not vice versa. I highly recommend Ralph, very trustworthy 👍🏻

What outstanding service, I visited Ralph's last week because the air-con on my Astra was not working. Within a few moments the fault was diagnosed. The car was booked in after the weekend, I dropped the car off at 2.00pm and received a call at 4.00pm to tell me the condenser had been replaced and all the work done. Absolutely outstanding !! Ralph's knowledge of his business and what's needed is obvious to put things right is clear to see. The price was also bang-on. It's a pleasure to be able to recommend such good service. Very knowledge mechanic. Always happy to help out to get a problem fixed. Have used for a few years on re-gasing. Air con wasn't getting cold and required a new radiator. Quick to diagnose and replace. Always happy to recommend to others.

After reading the reviews and wanting to use a company that specialises in air-con and not a company that mostly does tyres, brakes, exhausts and the occasional air-con work it was a no brainer to use Ralph’s air conditioning. I phoned this morning for a price and luckily there were 2 slots available today so got my car in and now it’s a lot colder than before. I definitely recommend Ralph’s for anyone wanting their air-con working on in anyway. The owner is a nice bloke to talk to, doesn’t mess about and knows what he is doing and talking about and price wise is a lot cheaper than anyone else

I went to Ralph's workshop today following my VXR8 not having working air conditioning since I bought it. Ralph very quickly diagnosed that it was low on charge, and 20 minutes later I had ice cold working air conditioning. Very impressed with the service, very well priced, and Ralph pointed out some things for me to keep an eye on! Will most definitely use again and thoroughly recommend to anyone!
