Very impressed with all work done on my car at AW repair centre at Boston. The driver who picked up and dropped off my car was very nice, friendly and professional, I think his name was Nick. The team have done an excellent job, very happy with my car and I absolutely loved how they kept me informed all the way through. They even cleaned and polished my car. What more can I say. Thank you, you are amazing.

Lost an argument with a trolley park, deep scratch in rear door, rear panel/wheel arch.

Car has been with AW since 13 June, ESTIMATE return date 30 June.

Totally unimpressed that a 27 hour job (their quote) is taking at least three weeks to complete.

Very poor show.

Staff are nice enough, but that doesn't stop me being extremely annoyed.

Following on from this 1*review, car was delivered back a week earlier than estimated (amazing!). Unfortunately there was a fault with the repair work. Sent pic of minor repair and arranged for it to go back in a couple of weeks.

Arranged for car to be collected (on a low loader) AW offered a courtesy car for the couple of days our car would be away.

Employee arrived with courtesy car to collect ours as arranged Monday am, however no low loader so had to leave and come back. Was called by AW to advise car was in, we'll call you in 48 hours to advise estimated repair time and return date - really? 2 more days just to estimate when the car will be repaired/returned???!!! After holding for a while was advised car would be returned Wednesday.

Car has just been delivered back to us, on a low loader 👍👍👍, unfortunately it has returned with a scratch in the drivers door that wasn't there when it left.

Having hit a deer several weeks ago on the way to work, my car needed some work doing, AW was one of the recommended repairers with my insurance. The Boston branch ended up being my selected choice, My car went in Monday morning requiring a new bumper, Wing and some other bits. I collected the car today (Thursday), So i would like to thank the team for the fast turn around allowing me to get my car back within 4 days. Thanks for all the communication throughout, Superstars!

This place were absolutely fantastic with the work they have done. They regularly kept me up to date with the work that was being conducted on my car and the customer service that they gave was second to none. An absolutely great place to go if you need any work doing to your car and I'll 100% will use them again if I even need to.

I recently took my car to AW at Boston to have a new front wing and repaint. I was quoted a very reasonable price. My car was finished within 3 days and the quality is amazing. You cannot even tell that anything had even happened. I was also so surprised that they cleaned the inside of my car for me, definitely a quality service. I would 100% recommend for any body work your car needs.

I'm very impressed with AW, very professional and kept me up to date. Steph rang me everyday to update me on the progress of my vehicle. The driver who collected my vehicle and Adam who collected the courtesy car were also very professional and polite! If only more companies had customer services as good as AW.

AW repairs Boston were excellent Shelley kept me informed as to what they we doing.
They picked my car up & delivered it back driver was very helpful. Made an excellent job & even cleaned & hoovered my car out which I really appreciated as it was full of dog hairs!!!!!
I hope I don’t have to use them again don’t mean it in a bad way lol but if i do I would definitely go back to them.

I have just collected my Mercedes from AW Boston, having had repairs following a no fault accident. The service has been excellent and I would particularly like to thank Adam for his professional assistance and Shelley for her regular telephone calls to keep me informed of progress.
I would recommend AW Boston to anyone requiring similar work to their vehicle.
