Clarkes Accident Repair Centres

Having suffered accident damage for the second time this year on a different car, as soon as I was offered Clarke's I said yes straight away, collected the car today and wow, the car looks like brand new they have done a truly amazing job, the colour match on a car that is 10 years old is amazing. I know some people may think differently but 2 cars in 5 months and both done to brand new condition, I would DEFINITELY recommend, thank you Clarke's and all of your team.

Poor customer service!! Poor workmanship!! Car has been returned twice for work to be completed and still not to my satisfaction.
Audi car = Audi parts? You would like to think so. Though sadly not! repair not like for like with Audi rear sensors! Still fighting my case and I’m sure Audi would not be impressed! You are trading as an Audi approved repair centre? So fix customer vehicles with Audi parts! Simple I would say?

My vehicle was booked in through accident exchange it took three attempts to paint my vehicle with poor workmanship with photos to prove and there’s still evidence of poor work.
There was also missing equipment out the back of the vehicle whilst in there care appalling customer service no apology what so ever.

Car had to go back for obvious re-work. Company failed to maintain any contact around when the car would be ready for collection, I had to keep calling for updates. Company lacks any sense of customer service.

Car was given to Clarkes by my insurance company LV. The quality and customer services was poor. The workmanship on the car was extremely poor and had to go back twice. Avoid this organisation.

Arranged to both pick up and drop off my car while it needed repairs. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Very good service. Helpful and courteous. Was biy massively impressed with the courtesy car but I think that was more driven by insurance than anything. The place is quite difficult to find though and you may easily drive past it. It's just under the bridge as you pass through.

Excellent garage, did a fantastic job on my 1989 BMW635CSi, the paint and restoration were AAA, the paintwork was as good if not better than factory.
