From the initial enquiry to collecting my car, this Company were very helpful, courteous and professional. Daniel was very polite and thorough. The scuff to my car has been expertly repaired and looks fantastic at a very reasonable cost. The bonus also was having a lovely clean car inside and out to take home. Thoroughly recommended

My Honda was placed into Pronto in kings Lynn by my insurance company after being hit by a third party.
When I delivered the car I was told it should be a week before I can collect it and it was a week to the day.
I have no problem giving a first class review to pronto as they were very professional from start to finish and I have a car that looks like it was never in an accident.
Job well done guys

Replaced and re-tinted rear screen, also repaired and repainted boot lid on my BMW. Very pleased with result, they kept in touch updating on work progress.
Car was also valeted before returning to myself.

They needed to carry a full accessment on our Porsche Panamera car for the insurance company. The lads I spoke to in the office were very polite and nice. However the quote I was given for repairs to my car were way too high. I opted to get another quote elsewhere. I ended up getting my car repaired for thousands less than I was quoted at pronto.

I was referred to this repair shop via my insurer, after an accident meant I needed a new front bumper, wheel arch and front grill for my car. I was offered a courtesy car for the duration of the repair job and my car was fixed in around a week. The repair job was excellent, with no sign at all of the prior damage and my car has never looked better. In addition to the above, the staff in the repair shop were very courteous and professional and I would have no doubt recommending anybody to the services offered here.

My insurance company referred my car to these guys after an accident to carry out the repairs and from start to finish they kept excellent communication and were generally lovely to speak with. Apart from a small hiccup with receiving the courtesy car, they were very empathetic and did all they could to help me out. Best of all these guys managed to turnaround the repairs in just two weeks and the results are just five star!! Excellent service from Pronto. They collected my car and lent me a courtesy car - as my insurance company covered this. They kept very good contact throughout and were most helpful and polite. They delivered my car and took the loan car back. My car looks like new.
