I had made a right mess of my paintwork scrubbing too hard over the bonnet and a few other areas. While at the garage they also pointed out a few more blemishes that had happened to the bodywork over the years so I was happy to have these removed.

Booking in was incredibly easy, the initial inspection was professional and thorough. I received a courtesy car for the few days my car was being repaired, and had access to an online repair tracking system so I was always in the loop.

I will absolutely be returning to Fix Auto in Stevenage for any bodywork that needs doing in future and would highly recommend to absolutely anybody that needs bodywork completed on their vehicle due to how easy, fairly priced and professional this business is.

My car went in for repairs after I was hit by a HGV lorry. The day I took my car in to be assessed they kept it and issued me a courtesy car straight away. My car was there for just under a month but the whole process was really straight forward and they kept me up to date with what was going on.

Took my BMW here for a repair following an accident . Was impressed with the speed of repair and being kept in the loop of the progress. Although there were a couple of snags to be dealt with upon completion - these were actioned quickly on a separate appointment. They even managed to give me a car to take the kids to local play centre while we were waiting for the adjustments to be completed. Works now complete to full satisfaction.

Very impressed with this company and their workmanship on our car. Special recognition to a man called Mark who looked after us extremely well, he was very professional, informative and nothing was too much trouble when he did our estimate. He is a real asset to this company.

Great first point of contact. I spoke to a man on reception about my McLaren and having the bodywork looked at in the near future, I believe his name was Mark. Very informative and patient and a service with a smile. After visiting another bodywork centre with a not so positive experience it was a very refreshing to be spoken to like a human and not a walking cheque book! There was absolutely no pressure to make a booking instantaneously.
I will certainly be using this business in the near future and look forward to seeing the results.

Went a.m. for an inspection/quote and waited for five minutes before leaving. Called again p.m. and was asked if I had an appointment. I hadn't and was then told it would not be possible to view the vehicle for another four working days. Contrast this with Finish Line (seen on arrival and quote the next day) and R&R (seen in the morning and quoted later that day).

Took my car here to get paint fixed that another bodyshop messed up and I'm glad I did cause the job they did was fantastic, the finish of the paint was like a mirror. The handing over process was great cause you car is shown to you surrounded by lights so that you can see everything clearly.

Not only did they do a great job with the paint but they also cleaned the car before handing it back.

Customer service was fantastic from Dan Knight as well as he kept me up to date with what was happening with my car.

The service from Fix Auto was excellent . My car went in for repairs after a coach had hit me. From start to finish they kept me updated on how things were proceeding and everyone was pleasant and courteous .They have done an excellent repair job and returned my car shining and clean. It looks like new ! I would not hesitate to use them again and it’s so lovely to find a company as good as this, in this day and age.
