My main POC at Dartford Panel & Paint has been Paul E. I’ve been hugely impressed with the honest, friendly and professional manner in which both of my cars were fixed in the past month. One repair was a respray of a front bumper to remove a scuff mark (BMW) and the other repair being a dent removal from the driver’s side door (Range Rover).

You can immediately see this is a strong business built on delivering excellent customer service/satisfaction. On the two separate occasions (without any prior appointment being booked) that I visited the garage to show the damage on my cars, Paul immediately spent time with me and provided a detailed and most importantly, very honest consultation regarding the extent of the damage the different options available to have them fixed.

I was never let down and the repairs were of an extremely high standard and within the agreed timeframe/cost. Paul had the knowledge and the ‘know-how’ and that gave me the confidence that Dartford Panel & Paint would be the best people for the job so if you want a proper repair done, that will not cut corners, visit Dartford Panel & Paint.

Fantastic and friendly service! Quoted me a fair price for parts plus labour and the repair was done to a very high standard. What I was most impressed with was the professionalism. The parts took some time to arrive from the manufacturer but they kept me regularly updated by phone and even sent me emails.

Great experience with the team at Dartford Panel & Paint. I trusted them with the paint work on my old classic Mercedes. So the finish needed to be of a very high standard to allow me to show the car off at events and club meets. They were very careful and considerate with the work (not just rushing in !) and also provided valuable advice on approach to get the best outcome. Really pleased with the results and a great family business. Highly recommended !

I cannot recommend Dartford Panel and Paint more highly. After a recent tussle with a car park’s concrete post which resulted in considerable damage to my back wheel arch and rear driver’s side door, they repaired the damage so well that you wouldn’t know there was any damage to begin with. They are lovely and welcoming and the work was done for a very competitive price. I am over the moon and will definitely use them again (without going anywhere else for a quote) if I get any more damage…although I hope that won’t be the case!

Sadly they weren't able to make me look 10 years younger but perhaps in the future

Took my girlfriends car here for a quote to remove scratches and dents before handing the car back to the finance company, we didn’t want to spend a huge amount of money as we were just hoping to claim back some value on the car to top up our deposit on the next car. A very friendly an honest guy gave us some solid advice and instead of going ahead with the repairs he advised us not to as it wouldn’t reclaim enough value back on the car that we wanted, he could’ve easily taken advantage of our situation but he was straightforward and honest with his advice. No work done on our car but a good experience all round, will definitely recommend for anyone looking for an honest quote at least!

Really good experience from start to finish, unfortunately had to use them as someone hit my car while it was parked at home. I was extremely worried the car would never be the same again but Paul and Sam were first class, putting me at ease and keeping me informed every step of the way. They're a really friendly and helpful bunch but not only that, the work is top drawer as well would highly recommend. Thanks again for restoring my pride and joy to it's former glory!!

Brilliant work done with added bonus of valeting the inside 👏. You cannot see the damage at all. The outside was cleaned and waxed. I did not recognise at first. Goid job all-round.
