D Whittaker Accident Repairs

Very poor customer service. I took a vehicle in to get a quote on some work. After not hearing anything for a week and a half I called in only to be told they would get back to me. A month later still not having heard anything I took the car elsewhere and had a brilliant job done within the week. Either they are incredibly disorganised to forget about my vehicle twice or they didn't want the work. If the latter is the case why not be professional and let me know rather than wasting both parties time.

I have used D Whittaker Accident Repairs on two occasions, and they have been amazing, both times. Their work is second to none, and better than any main dealer I have ever used. David, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't take a car anywhere else for repair work.
