DB Auto Repairs

Having spent 3 years attempting to commission a bespoke vehicle which will allow my best beloved spouse to travel safely in her wheelchair, we took delivery of said vehicle which sat idly on our drive throughout 2020, for obvious reasons. We live on a very narrow and steep hill in the Cotswolds with clear warning signs that there is no access for vehicles in excess of 6 foot 3 inches wide. Shortly before Christmas a delivery driver decided to ignore this and bring his 9 foot wide vehicle down my hill. Whilst trying to extricate himself from his problem, he reversed his truck and and hit my vehicle.... not once, but twice and then drove away. When being asked by insurance company to choose a repairer I decided to go with a local company DB of Bishop's Cleeve. From my first contact to the safe return of my repaired vehicle, I was impressed with their calm and quiet confidence in dealing with a very upset owner. Nick and Danny kept me informed at every turn. They even offered to take my vehicle into protective custody over over the Christmas and New Year holiday to prevent any water ingress. An equally calm young man, Eddie, collected my vehicle, assuring me he would take good care of her! My vehicle is returned to me as good as new, again by the lovely Eddie, fully sanitized and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend DB of Bishop's Cleeve for any repairs. They managed to turn a stressful and difficult situation into an easy solution!!

Fantastic and Efficient service.
Everyone has been so professional from start to finish. When I phoned to ask for a quote, they told me to come straight down. Pradeep made me feel at ease after I crashed my car and ruined the paintwork.
When I booked the car in the Owner was very polite on the phone.
They had my car for 24 hours and have done an immaculate job.
All of the staff I have spoken to and come across onsite have been very welcoming and friendly.
We will now be using DB Auto Repairs for the servicing of our cars and when they offer MOTs we will book in there too.

Phoned today on our way to Cheltenham. Had the car repaired last year after extensive door damage. Electrical fault appeared recently to the same door We were told to bring our car in straight away. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, lent us a courtesy car to continue our shopping trip and on our return the car was fixed and had been cleaned inside and out. Danny and his team really do go the extra mile and their service is second to none. Would always use and recommend this company in the future. Thank you so much. Amazing service and very happy with my car body repair.. highly recommended!

After handing my car over to DB Autos, it was returned to me a few days later with the chrome strip on the door not secured correctly. I returned the car the next day, the asst manager was apologetic regarding the outstanding work. I was told I’d receive a free tank of fuel as compensation for the poor quality of work and I’d have the car back the same day. It took over a week before I got the car back and I never received the free tank of fuel, really disappointed with the service and being messed about.

From the very first phone call excellent customer service by Sophie and Kennedy. Very polite and helpful, sorted out a courtesy car for me so I could get to work while my car was in the shop . I picked my car up today,again excellent customer service and the repairs done to my car are very highly professional. Thank you DB autos

On collection day Eddie assured me that my car will be in good hands and after all the work was done,I couldn't be happier.
Also, when Eddie returned my car I was very surprised when I realised that it was spotless….they have even cleaned it up inside.
