Front office staff very friendly and effective. Body work and painting was repaired to a good standard. However, replaced headlight wasn't properly aligned and caused me to fail an MOT, and a loose object had been left in the door void. Raised issue and they rectified promptly. On return to MOT still had to further adjust the headlight to pass and identified panels that were missing screws. Also, Courtesy car broke down on me but they did arrange a recovery very promptly. So, good service, poor standards. Need to have a bit more checking of their work before passing back to customers.

Apollo repaired my car after someone hit me. From the initial contact with Jayne and Lyn I was impressed. They were friendly, thorough and professional. I was kept informed from start to finish with emails and calls from them and from Nick. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I cannot praise them enough. If I ever have the misfortune to have my car damaged again in future, these are the first people I will call. Excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Apollo.

Extremely efficient and friendly with a good standard of workmanship.
From collecting the car, by truck, to keeping me informed during the repair process and then finally returning the vehicle. All was very well done. The replacement of the rear bumper and painting has been done well.
The car was returned nice and clean inside and out and no overspray from the paint process as well.
The receptionist was extremely helpful at all steps of the process helping us through the best way of dealing between them and the third party insurers as well.

Words cannot describe how helpful the staff were at Apollo Motor Company.
Myself and my partner went on a rollercoaster ride of various insurance companies - just trying to get our car back on the road after a small collision left us with damage to our bumper.
It was such a relief to be able to talk to NORMAL people who could put themselves in our shoes and just help get the job done - instead of being on hold for hours on end!
Nick especially, went above and beyond and managed to solve the problem for us. He provided a number of different options to get the car fixed in a way that would suit us financially.
I highly recommend using this company - for peace of mind alone - its worth knowing that there is a place I can go if I ever encounter future problems.

I have to say after my accident (not my fault) I did not hold much hope for my vehicle repair, today it was returned to me and I am looking at my vehicle in absolute ore!
Constant communication, constant feedback from the word go. Great reception lady and absolutely stunning pick up from the gentleman who saw the dashcam footage..... I can not thank Apollo enough for returning my car in such an amazing and repaired state... It actually felt like my car had come straight from the forecourt / manufacturer.
