This place is a jokes, walked in and was faced with rude and cant be bothered staffs, and they charge £10 just for a guy to look at your car. What a jokes.
If you want friendly professional experience, avoid this like place!

Hard to park . Not impressed

Most unhelpful and rude staff..

Worst experience I have ever had with any garage I was made to take my vehicle Here by the metropolitan police due to them damaging my vehicle at Perivale police car pound the body work of my car was Damaged during a forensic examination of my car. A pile and son took the car for repairs after the police told me I had to use there garage. They took it for much longer than they originally said It would take and when I finally got my vehicle back it was delivered to my house in a complete state uncleaned full of dust from sitting in there garage being repaired for many weeks when I spoke to garage they informed me none of the vehicles leave with out being checked clearly they do the state of my vehicle. Thankfully the delivery driver returned and reported the state of the vehicle back to the rude and unhelpful Manager they the took the vehicle back when it was finally returned clean none of the panels to the repair lined up properly and also the parking sensors were not working properly that was working fine prior to going in this garage now the garage are refusing to take any responsibility for there work now I have take my vehicle else we’re and pay more money to correct the work they have done .Do not use this garage because there work and there customer service are terrible.

In response to your comments on the last review i just like to point out you did not take my vehicle in as a good will gesture you refused to do it until you was instructed to by the metropolitan police to inspect the work that you have not done properly which I now have to take to a vw approved garage to be assessed and fixed properly and if I did swear at you which I dont recall it was due to your rude and unhelpful attitude which by reading your other reviews seems to be a common occurrence at your garage as said before think twice before using this garage .
