Had my car go there through insurance and I have to say they are really poor. Firstly, it took the garage over 3 months to fix front minor bumper damage. Secondly, the garage botched the repairs to the extend that my DRL (Daytime running lights) don't work properly and the auto rain sensor for the windshield wipers are damaged. Had to take the car to the main dealer for them correct the damage at my own expense.

If your insurance company uses this garage, please do yourself a favour and cancel the insurance. Not worth the hassle.

It's a long story. But briefly, it took them 6 weeks for them to repair cosmetic damage due to storm damage. Never received a phonecall from them to keep me updated when I asked them. Once I picked up the car, after 1 mile of driving I had to take the car back due to broken clip of drivers side passenger window. So after 3 days got the car back. Most of the damage is repaired except my bonnet. The latch is not working properly, I have to scan the bonnet shut in order to lock it. Bonnet is out of alignment as well and also to top edge of bumper which meets the edge of the bonnet.. you definitely see that it is not straight at all. Visible dent on top edge of the bumper, which when viewing the car from the front drives me nuts. I should complain to my insurer since they state theybwill warranty the repairs forb3 years, but I m afraid of losing the car again for a long period of time. Another thing I noticed as well, my roofliner was very dirty. They didn't seem to bother to clean it after repairing the roof. The rubber bootseal which goes all the way around, the top wide wasn't fit properly. Luckily I spotted it the next day after I washed the car.
Positive side is, the car they gave me was almost brand new, a volkswagen polo, has 1400 miles on it. The second one as well, although inside it did smell very strongly like someone had special handmade cigarettes inside. Would I recommend them NO, but since it was my insurer's appointed repair shop, I went for it.

My car was collected on time and within 2 hours I was informed that the horrible scratches on my new Mercedes GLC could be polished out without needing a complete repaint. I collected the car, very happy with the repair, and much as I tried, they not accept any payment towards the costs. Excellent service and very good customer relations experience. Thankyou.

Took my Nissan Juke to D&M’s to have my scratches, paint work and wheels refurbed before it went back to leasing company. I was very impressed and happy with the work done from start to finish and very professional would definitely recommend them. When the car was picked up from leasing company they couldn’t believe what good condition it was in after 3 years so great job guys Thank you :)

D&M have twice undertaken bodywork repairs to my car. On each occasion the work was to an excellent standard, as was the overall standard of service. The car was returned to me in as good a condition as when it was new. I highly recommend them.

1. Repaired (under insurance) scuff and dent damage to my wife's metallic grey 2014 Fiat 500, also repaired scuff to the alloy wheel. Can't see the difference, great job.
2. Popped in to get a personal (non insurance) quote for some scratches and a larger scuff on my 2017 Range Rover Sport and they thought it would polish out... so they did it there and then and saved me a load of time. They also were total gents about the bill...

Just read the negative reviews and ignore their 'friends' reviews that are so positive that goes really quite the opposite to what they do in this dodgy garage. Scammed me once and now is time to name and shame Danny. 'Fixed' my car and a week after same problem again, came back there and had to hear a 'nothing I can do about it'. now no one wants to touch the car these scammers put their hands on due to the brutal manner they used to attempt to fix the car.

A superb (insurance) repair to my car from D&M Coachworks, Wandsworth. The car looks like new and was finished ahead of estimated completion date. Very professional service and I highly recommend them.
