Great place run by a team who know how to price fairly and deliver a first class job, on time; a rarity in bodyshops its seems these days. No request is too much and they will always go the extra mile to assist a customer. 10/10.

Davido and his team were absolutely fantastic. an excellent service, with really spectacular results for a very reasonable price. If I had known about them, and the prices, I would have had my car spruced up every year!

I have known Tony and his crew since the days they ran a car wash service in Putney (sorely missed). Now they offer a body repairs and specialist body shop service, wheel refurbs etc. Recently my parked Porsche was scratched by a passing bicycle. The wing mirror was also broken in the same accident. I took the car to a Porsche specialist and they fixed the mirror but said they could do nothing regards the scratch unless they re-sprayed the door at large cost. I knew Aurora could probably fix the scratch at less cost so took the car there on my way to work. They weaved their magic and 10 minutes later the scratch had completely disappeared. I am fussy about the car and viewed the door from every possible angle - there is no scratch and the car is as good as new. I can't praise their service or skill highly enough. Thank you Aurora!

Car needed some scuff / light scratch repairs that you pick up in London…Aurora were professional; provided a quote based on video sent, booked me in within a week, finished the job a day early - hassle free and sensible price. I highly recommend.

I had a lot of body repairs on my Porsche, which I thought would be very expensive. Aurora gave me (what I thought) was a very reasonable quote.
Aurora requested I leave the car with them for 6 days as there was a lot of work to be done. So pick up was for the following Monday, I got a call (3 days early) on the Friday to say the car was ready, they said they worked extra hard because the weather was going to be nice that weekend and they thought I’d appreciate having the car back early to enjoy over the weekend, which I did!

As agreed, Aurora repainted 3 panels, 4 wheels and touch ups where needed. But when I collected the car I noticed they took a small dent out of the front driver panel, repainted the driver side mirror and did a full wax polish & valet for free!
The paintwork is flawless/perfect looking finish, all the dents and scratches are now gone!
I am over the moon, my car is now in perfect condition!
I am so happy with Aurora, my car really does look brand new.
Everyone I talked to at Aurora was really helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend Aurora to all my friends, family and colleagues.
I’m really happy with the attention to detail and the care they took to get my car back to its original condition.

I can only describe Tony and his team at Aurora as a truly magnificent team of magicians! They repaired the dents and scrapes on my 3 month old car, caused by a cyclist jumping a red light, rather than going down the very expensive option of replacing multiple panels (which every other body shop seemed to want to do - hence doubling the price!). Very happy with the speed and quality of repair. Hopefully, I won't have the need to go there again but if I do, I will happily trust Aurora with carrying out the repairs.

This garage was recommended to me by a friend and to say I'm disappointed would be a huge understatement, I'm actually nothing short of outraged. I took my car in to have a scratch removed and I would say that after the work, the scratch has improved by about 30% (I was charged £80).

And this isn't even the issue. When I arrived home I noticed that both my leather steering wheel and the inner panel of my rear passenger door had been significantly damaged. How they managed to do this given such a simple job on the outside of the car I will never know, simply negligence and a lack of respect for another individual's property. It's absolutely unacceptable and I genuinely feel like I have been robbed, I would have been better off never taking my car into this garage in the first place as it has come away with more damage than it arrived with.

I hate to leave such a bad review but this is truly justified. I will never use this garage again and I recommend that others stay away too.

Edit: Tony's response says it all, to accuse a customer of deliberate bad intentions is insulting. I never once suggested the damage was caused deliberately (so CCTV means nothing) but rather through carelessness and negligence (which the photos evidence). It was simply not there before I dropped the car off.

Having to do some body repair on my Audi Q7 I went first at Audi. They did a quotation over £5000. Aurora did it for £2000 with great quality of execution. Paintings are perfect. Everything have been done on time and in addition they did a complete cleaning of the car. People are really nice in addition. A warm welcome. I recommend warmly :-)
