Have been using this 'honest' garage for 5 years and each time the service is polite and friendly with no problem. Car had a leak and limped in and the gave the car a quick fix so I could get home and then ordered parts for the following day in order to fix it- they didn't charge anything for the quick fix - I always use them for MOT's and they also advise on other problems. Had a awful sound on tyres thinking it was brakes or wheel bearings and they had a look and advised I needed to pump up my tyres! They are so truthful and accommodating I would never go anywhere else because when you trust a mechanic you should keep them! Reasonable prices and quick service is never a problems.

Really brilliant, honest and with good prices. Never do more than is necessary. Have been using them since 2009 for a Saab and a Prius.

If you value your time and money avoid this place. Dishonest and incompetent. Short summary of my experience: booked in advance informing them of an issue, brought car on agreed day in the morning and was told I’ll get a call informing of cost and exact problem. No call received, called few times and was told that they are working on it. Got call back just before garage was closing to pick up my car. Issue seemed resolved and price fair so had no issue about not being informed as they said they would. Few days later same issue reoccurred. Called same garage and booked another appointment. Took car at 9am again no call until late afternoon when I was told they did same thing as previous time and it did not resolve an issue?! When I complained lady at reception promised a call from someone in charge which no surprise I still have not received. Why would you do something that does not work multiple times and expect different result I was not explained. They have refused to refund my initial payment saying that I have paid in order to identify the issue and that it was fixed when I have left. So I have taken 2 days off work and paid full price just for the pleasure of visiting them twice and being treated like an idiot. Left with same issue as arrived few weeks back, with lost time and money and my car is still broken. They take no responsibility for their incompetent work and do not care for their customers. Will report those crooks to fair trading office.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Very disappointed in the service received recently from this garage when it came time to MoT my car. I had previously used them last year and they were absolute super stars. This year however they created more problems on the car when they tested it, doing things they shouldn't have been looking at in a routine MoT test.
The car left the garage with an MoT but with a hefty £185 bill and then requiring another £300 to be spent on it fixing the issues they created.
If you take pride in your car, take it somewhere else!

From my experience Walderave is the best garage I have used in the Teddington area: down to earth, excellent workmanship, and good honest value - can recommend unreservedly.

Extremely helpful and friendly "personal" service - old school! These guys get the job done in a professional and neighbourly manner. Reasonable prices with accurate estimates, they are not out to fleece you, they are providing an honest and knowledgeable service (like garages used to).
