I had the pleasure of using their services for a bump I had several weeks ago, MY insurance company has caused tremendous stress because of their lack of communication with myself, amongst other things!

Dealing with the car refurb centre was extremely easy, I booked it in within a week of them doing an estimate on my vehicle. They sorted my vehicle within 6 HOURS!

Thank you so much, it showed even more my insurance company is being taken for a ride by the third party for in my eyes high vehicle hire.

The standard of work was fantastic and looks brand new, instead of using your insurance company to pick wherever, use Chris and his team. They'll get you in the road very quickly and WILL keep you informed every step of the way!

The Car Refurb Centre in Worcester did a great job on replacing and respraying my Hyundai car door under an the Hyundai warranty. A guy called "Paul The Painter" was very kind too as I had left a message on my front seat asking a few bits and pieces which he kindly took the time to reply to (thank you Paul!)
The car was returned to me very clean all over too which was a nice touch.
I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future for any private work. Many thanks.

awful service experience having used then before when they did a great job. This time they forgot to send me the quote and having given an estimated date for the work to be done in August because of their own mistake have now put me to the BACK of the queue for work to be done in SEPTEMBER. Very arrogant response, 'we are very busy'...lets hope it stays that way for you. We will not use you ever again.

We have always used The Car Refurb Centre when it has come to our company vehicles.

Recently our work van sustained some damage to the left-hand side. We did not hesitate to use The Car Refurb Centre.

Chris and his team are a great bunch of people who got our van looking brand new again! Their customer service is great.

Brilliant service from start to finish. They repaired break in damage to my 2020 vw transporter van and the job they did was perfection and the turn around was fantastic. Couldn’t rate them higher. 5 star service!

£10,000 to colour change a mk1 mx5! Ridiculously expensive! Every other place quoted between £2000 and £3000

Repaired my car under insurance after someone smashed into the back of it. They did a cracking job.
I also got my wheels repaired at the same time and a front bumper scuff repaired - car looks like new! Friendly guys too.
