Absolutely shocking. Ruined my car, I’m not joking. They caused more damage to my car then there was before. Had to go to another garage to repair their handy work.
Thanks to them I’ve been with out my car for the best part of 6 months. It only needs a new door. Couldn’t believe the incompetence of the staff here. Saying I could have my car back several times only to be told otherwise at the eleventh hour. Completely Rude staff, not helpful at all. Customer service is a foreign language.
If you are an auxillis customer go else where fast!!!!! Get as far away from this garage as quick as possible. I wouldn’t wish my experience here on anyone.

You drive a nice car

I recently had my clutch and master cylinder replaced by IT Fleet Automotive. I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a garage before. everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly and the work they carried out on the car has been absolutely superb. The car drives like a dream now and I can’t wait till something else breaks so I can go back again (ok maybe that was a bit of an exaggeration but when something does break, I won’t be so worried now I have an honest and reliable place to take it) Thanks again, You guys are great.

After being involved in a car accident, my insurance company sent my vehicle to this garage to conduct a damage evaluation report. As I was in distress from the recent accident, I took with me my main possessions that I require daily, leaving a pair of designer sunglasses behind(not thinking that a company utilised by my car insurance company would be untrustworthy). Upon collecting the rest of my belongings today, my sunglasses were missing.

Don’t use this company, they’re untrustworthy and thieves!

Little slow but very responsive went yo collect car car was cleaned sanitised before hand over .

One of their vans driving in Chippenham this morning with only one rear light just about working, due to heavey fog it was barely visible. Driver was informed when stopped at a red light but they continued anyway. Should have been using fog lights and should be able to maintain company vehicles, especially an Automotive Co.
