Outstanding service from start to finish. From the very friendly and kind receptionists who first called me, to the mechanics in the workshop who were professional and very welcoming. To top it all off, when I got my car back it looked like it had come out of a showroom, absolutely flawless work. I really can't describe the joy of seeing my car with such an incredible new lease of life.

The service I received from Jenkins and Pain far exceeded my expectations. Significant damage was caused to my car when someone hit it, to the point it wasn't driveable. Everyone from the person who collected my car, kept me updated and returned it to me was professional and kind. The repair is such that it's as though the car hadn't been damaged in the first place. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Had a repair done through my insurance. Everything was dealt with very efficiently, informed repair would take a week and that is exactly how long it took and was returned to me repaired and cleaned inside and out on day 7. Very friendly staff who were very busy but didn't keep me waiting at all. I didn't have to deal with my insurance after the initial report, everything including the courtesy car was sorted by Jenkins and Pain.

Excellent..car was collected on time and delivered to my door after repair which was perfect. The finished work is immaculate and cleanliness of car was much appreciated. Altogether a first class company

They did an excellent job of repairing my Nissan Qashqui after my accident. Picked it up and brought it back on time and when they said. Very impressed.

Unfortunately this is the second time I've needed to use Jenkins and Pain for bodywork repairs but will always choose to use them. The quality of the repair work is top notch (and I'm a fussy devil when it comes to my car!). Add that to superb customer service and communication by Jodi and Paula and you've got yourself a winning formula!

Cannot fault the service of J&P from start to finish of the repair on my Land Rover. quoted extra work was amended during the repair and actually cost less than originally though. very pleased with all results and the people i dealt with were all friendly and professional without exception. well done and thank you!
