Having just received my car back from Apollo after having accident accident

I really can't speak highly enough of the service that have received the repair is much better than I expected you can't any signs of the repair it the best service I have ever received any were I would like to thank everyone involved in my repair. Also I keep keep informed of the process of the repair in a professional and friendly manner.

Awful awful garage! Please avoid. You won’t get your car back for a minimum of 2 weeks and then it still isn’t repaired and may not even be returned! Perhaps they are using it for personal use! Who knows! They also are unable to put a car back together apparently. Not great for a garage that’s for sure! No communication from them the entire time they had my car! Please avoid at all costs!

My van got hit whilst I was changing a wheel and Apollo were the appointed garage to repair my van. I went down after first contact and they carried out a temporary repair which was great.

Europ car who were meant to provide me a loan van were useless and could not provide a similar van (small automatic) and I didn’t want anything else so Apollo arranged to mend my van whilst I was on holiday. I was meant to drop it down but at the last minute I could not get a lift back and was arranging a cab to bring me back and told Apollo “no problem we will come and collect it”. I went on holiday and had a text saying it was all done and so when I got back I called them and they brought it straight back beautifully repaired.

I am sure that many garages could do the repair well but I am not so sure that the customer service would be as good Apollo did everything they could for me at every level, I felt like a valued customer never the nuisance that I am sure I was !

Had my vehicle repaired at Apollo repair centre in dover, Ian came and picked my vehicle up, once the vehicle was repaired he delivered it back home to me. Highly recommend this company, massive thanks to Ian, Sally and Kevin

Great service, repair was carried out perfectly. Correct spec was used on replaced part which was a potential worry for us, we needn’t have worried though. Great courtesy car so no inconveniences caused throughout. Staff are friendly and informative throughout.

Very good customer service form Kevin & the team, car repair was done well and with a quick turnaround. The car was very clean when I picked it up too. Overall very happy.

Had our car repaired after 2 incidents damaging car bodywork one private and one on insurance it was picked up and returned to our doorstep when finished ,the car now looks brand new very satisfied and great service from start to finish ,everybody that we had contact with was so helpful and kind the finish and workmanship on the vehicle was excellent.I would recommend anyone that needs work done to their vehicle to take it to Apollo Dover.

Very pleased with the service received from Apollo at Dover. I was kept informed all through the process of repairing my car after an accident. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and friendly. The repair itself is excellent - my car looks as if nothing had ever happened to it! It was a pleasant extra piece of customer service that the car was returned having been valeted too. It's good to find a company that do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. I would certainly use this company again (but hope that's not necessary!).
